The COVID-19 vaccines delivered to Sri Lanka from certain countries were through diplomatic approach and discussions with the vaccine manufacturing countries, not because the Government has money, Community Police Services State Minister Dilum Amunugama said.

Sri Lanka closely monitors mixing and matching Astrazeneca vaccine with Pfizer or Moderna in countries such as Canada, a Minister said. Sri Lanka currently faces the shortage of 600,000 Astrazeneca vaccines to be used as the second dose.

මෙම මාසයට අදාල මහජන ආධාර ගෙවීම ඖෂධ බෙදාහැරීම් ඇතුළු සීමිත රාජකාරී සඳහා දිවයිනේ තැපැල් හා උප තැපැල් කාර්යාල හෙට දිනයේ සිට විවෘත කිරීමට තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා.
