පුද්ගලයන් පස් දෙනකුගේ නම්වලට විදේශ රටවල සිට මෙරටට එව් පාර්සල් පහක තිබී රුපියල් මිලියන හතක වටිනාකමකින් යුතු කුෂ් නමැති ගංජා සහ මෙතෆෙටමින් (මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය විශේෂයක්) අඩංගු පෙති තොගයක් රේගු මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය පාලන ඒකකයේ නිලධාරීන් ඊයේ (08 වැනිදා) අත්අඩංගුවට ගන්නා ලදී. කොළඹ ප්‍රධාන තැපැල් කාර්යාලයේ පිහිටි පාර්සල් අංශයේ දී අදාළ පාර්සල් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට රේගු නිලධාරීන් කටයුතු කළ බව රේගු මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශක, නියෝජ්‍ය රේගු අධ්‍යක්ෂ (නීති කටයුුතු) සුදත්ත සිල්වා කීවේය. අහංගම, වේරහැර, හෝමාගම සහ මහනුවර යන ප්‍රදේශවල පදිංචි පුද්ගලයන් පස් දෙනකුගේ නමින් මෙම ගංජා සහ මත්පෙති එවා තිබුණේ එක්සත් රාජධානිය සහ ජර්මනිය යන රටවල්වලිනි.
