රාජ්‍ය සේවකයින් විශේෂ සේවා ක්‍රමයකට අනුව රාජකාරී සදහා කැඳවුවද එමගින් මහජන සේවා සැපයීමට කිසිදු බාධාවක් නොවන බව රාජ්‍ය සේවා, පළාත් සභා සහ පළාත් පාලන අමාත්‍යාංශය පවසනවා. එහි ලේකම් ජේ ජේ රත්නසිරි කියාසිටියේ මහජන සේවා සැපයීම සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම අරමුණු කර ගනිමින් සේවකයින් කැඳවීමට ආයතන ප්‍රධානීන්ට බලතල දී ඇති බවයි.

රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරින් සේවයට කැඳවීමට අදාළ චක්‍රලේඛය නිකුත් කර තිබෙනවා. පවතින කොවිඩ් වසංගත තත්ත්වය හමුවේ රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරින් සේවයට කැඳවීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙමගින් ආයතන ප්‍රධානීන්ට උපදෙස් ලබාදී ඇත.
