නව ඊ-ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ ක්‍රමවේදය (e-Registry) යටතේ පරිගණකගත කෙරෙන මෙරට ඉඩම් ඔප්පුවලින් 50%කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් වංචනික ලෙස සකස් කරන ලද හෝ දෝෂ සහිත ඔප්පු බව ඉඩම් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු වාර්තා සඳහන් කරයි. ඊට හේතු වී ඇත්තේ දැනට දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව සතුව ඇති ව්‍යාජ ලෙස සකස් කළ සහ හානියට පත් ලේඛන (පත් ඉරු ඇතුළුව) ඒවායේ සත්‍යතාව පරික්ෂා කිරීමකින් තොරව පවතින ආකාරයෙන්ම පරිගණකගත කිරීම මෙම ඊ-ලියාපදිංචිය යටතේ සිදු කිරීමයි.
