The government is taking all measures needed to end the drug menace in the country, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa said yesterday.

Prime Minister and Urban Development, Water Supply, and Housing Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa held discussions with his Ministry yesterday to fast-track urban development and housing projects, including delayed projects from the past four years.

The Health Ministry today introduced a 24-hour hotline to obtain information on new Coronavirus. Accordingly, people can contact the health officials via 071 017 0717 or 011 307 1073 to get information on the virus.
