ත්‍රිකුණාමලය දිස්ත්‍රික්කය තුළ කොවිඩ් - 19 වෛරසය පැතිරයාමේ අවදානම වැඩිවිය හැකි බව සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ හදුනාගෙන ඇති බැවින් අත්‍යවශ්‍ය කාරණාවකට හැර එහි සංචාරය කිරීමෙන් වළකින්නැයි නැගෙනහිර පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර අනුරාධා යහම්පත් මහත්මිය ජනතාවගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටියාය.

A Workshop on SDG Mainstreaming and Data Capacity Building was conducted for the Ministry of Environment by the Sustainable Development Council of Sri Lanka (SDCSL) on 23rd December at the Ministry of Environment (Sobadampiyasa) in collaboration with the Department of Census and Statistics and UNDP Sri Lanka. SDCSL is mandated to provide guidance relating to sustainable development to ministries and other government institutions in terms of the Sri Lanka Sustainable Development Act, No 19 OF 2017.
