මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත ප්‍රමාණය වැඩිකර ගත් ආකාරය නොසගවා ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම මහ බැංකු අධිපතිවරයාගේ වගකීමක් වන බව පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ආචාර්ය හර්ෂ ද සිල්වා පවසනවා. ඔහු පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ මෙරට විදේශ සංචිත ප්‍රමාණය වැඩි වී ඇතිනම් වරායේ සිරවී ඇති අත්‍යවශ්‍ය ආහාර ද්‍රව්‍ය සහිත කන්ටේනර් නිදහස් කිරීම මෙන්ම රුපියලේ අගය ඉහළ යාම වැනි කරුණු කඩිනමින් ඉටුවිය යුතු බවයි.

Samagi Jana Balawebaya (SJP) Treasurer/MP Dr. Harsha de Silva yesterday said as a responsible Opposition it was committed to democratic means of forming a Government and not to seize power via a coup like the current regime did temporarily in late 2018.

While commenting on prevailing economic crisis and food scarcity were due to the ignorant decisions by the government, the Janatha Vikuthi Peramuna (JVP) said today the President should bear the entire responsibility for the food scarcity.
