Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mahinda Rajapaksa will present the new Government’s first budget to Parliament at 1:40 p.m. today.

පාසල්වල තෙවැනි වාරය ආරම්භ කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙතෙක් ස්ථීර තීරණයක් ගෙන නැතැයි අධ්‍යාපන ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ හා දුරස්ථ අධ්‍යාපන රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම් ආචාර්ය උපාලි සේදර ‘අරුණ’ට ඊයේ (15 වැනිදා) පැවැසීය.

ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ලබන බදාදා (18) රාත්‍රී 8.30 ට ජාතිය අමතා විශේෂ ප්‍රකාශයක් සිදුකිරිමට නියමිත බව ජනාධිපති මාධ්‍ය අංශය නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කරමින් සඳහන් කර සිටිනවා.

The Ministry of Education stated that the final decision on reopening schools for the third academic term would be decided after consulting local health authorities.
