රජය විසින් නියම කෙරුණු පාලන මිල ඉක්මවා සහල් අලෙවි කරන්නන් සොයා රටපුරා අද සිට වැටලීම් සිදු කරන බව පාරිභෝගික කටයුතු පිළිබඳ අධිකාරිය පවසනවා.

තවත් පවුල් ලක්ෂ 10 ක් සඳහා රුපියල් පන්දහස බැගින් වූ විශේෂ දීමනාව ලබාදීමට රජය තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා. මේ වනවිට අදාල දීමනාව ලබාදෙන පවුල් සංඛ්‍යාව ලක්ෂ 54 කි.

The Sri Lanka government has initiated urgent and effective measures to slow the spread of the virus by testing and treating patients, contact tracing of those found positive, limiting travel, mandatory quarantine for anyone coming from countries affected by COVID-19, closing borders to prevent transmission from further travellers, cancelling large gatherings and creating awareness.

2019 සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගයේ ප‍්‍රතිඵල මේ වනවිට පරිගණක ගත කර අවසන් බව විභාග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව පවසනවා.

Three more Covid-19 positive cases were reported today raising the total of cases to 188 in Sri Lanka, the Health Ministry said.

The Sri Lanka Public Health Inspectors Union has proposed the government take measures to open a quarantine centre in each Medical Officer of Health division in the country.

The Office on Missing Persons (OMP) today requested President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Presidential Task Force Chairman Basil Rajapaksa to ensure that the families of the missing and disappeared are included in any proposed COVID-19 relief measures. In a letter to the President and Mr. Basil Rajapaksa, OMP Chairman Saliya Peiris PC said the prevailing situation in the country has had dire consequences on these families, as they are no longer able to earn their wages and they have limited or no assets.
