වයස අවුරුදු 70ට වැඩි රැදවියන්ගේ වයස සහ ශාරීරික දුබලතා පිළිබදව සළකා බලා ඔවුන් නැවත අපරාධවලට යොමුවීමේ අවස්ථාවන් නොමැතිබවට හැගෙන රැදවියන් නිදහස් කිරීම සදහාත් වයස අවුරුදු 5ට අඩු දරුවන් සහිත කාන්තා රැදවියන්ගේ අපරාධවල ස්වභාවයත්, ඇප කොන්දේසි සපුරාගත නොහැකිව සිටින අය පිළිබදවත් සලකා බලා ඔවුන්ට දඩුවම් කාලය අවම කිරීම හෝ නිදහස් කිරීමටත් බන්ධනාගාර ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ හා සිරකරුවන් පුනරුත්ථාපන රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍යංශයේ අවධානය යොමු වී ඇත.
