Veteran journalist Mohan Samaranayake has been appointed as President Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s media director-general, the President’s Media Division said.

The first Cabinet meeting of the new interim government will be held tomorrow under the auspices of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
