පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට අලුතින් පත්වන මන්ත්‍රීවරුන් අතරින් දක්ෂ පිරිසක් ඇමැති මණ්ඩලයට පත්කර ජනතා අපේක්ෂා ඉටුකිරීමට තමන් සූදානම් බව ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ පවසයි.
