ඉදිරි දින කිහිපයේදී රට වසා දැමුවද කොරෝනා ආසාදිතයින් වාර්තා වීමේ අඩුවක් අපේක්ෂා කළ නොහැකි බව රජයේ වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරීන්ගේ සංගමය පවසනවා. එහි විධායක සභික වෛද්‍ය සමන්ත ආනන්ද සඳහන් කළේ කොරෝනා වෛරසය ව්‍යාප්ත වීම වැලැක්වීම සඳහා ගත හැකි සෑම පියවරක්ම කඩිනමින් ගත යුතු බවයි.

ඉසුරු උදානට සහ චමින්ද වාස්ට දෙවන පී.සී.ආර්. පරීක්‍ෂණයෙන් කොරෝනා ආසාදිත නැති බව තහවුරු වී තිබෙන බව ශ්‍රී ලංකා ක‍්‍රිකට් ආයතනයේ ප‍්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී ඈෂ්ලි ද සිල්වා මහතා සඳහන් කර තිබේ.

කොවිඩ් තුන්වැනි රැල්ලත් සමග සෞඛ්‍ය සේවාවට අවශ්‍ය දෛනික ඔක්සිජන් ප්‍රමාණය මේ වන විට ලීටර දස දහසකින් ඉහළ යාම නිසා හදිසි තත්ත්වයක් ඇති වුවහොත් කර්මාන්ත සඳහා ලබාදෙන ඔක්සිජන් සිලින්ඩර අවම කිරීමට ඖෂධ නියාමන, සැපයීම් පිළිබඳ රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය සැලසුම් කර තිබේ.

කොවිඩ්-19 වෛරසය ආසාදිනය වීමෙන් තවත් මරණ 32ක් සිදුව ඇතැයි සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල්වරයා විසින් තහවුරු කර තිබේ.
