මරණ දඬුවම ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට පක්ෂව ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණය තීරණයක් ලබාදුනහොත් තමන්ගේ ධූර කාලය අවසන් වීමට පෙර මරණ දඬුවම ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන බව ජනාධිපති මෛත‍්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා ඊයේ (20) පැවැසීය.

The Vote on Account prepared by the Finance Ministry on the Government’s expenditure from January 1 to April 30, 2020 seeking the approval for Rs.1,474 billion will be presented to Parliament on October 23. The Vote on Account will also seek the approval for limiting loans to Rs. 721 billion during the first quarter of next year.
