Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today appealed for the conduct of a peaceful election tomorrow (16 November).
In a special statement today, the Prime Minister said that steps have been taken to ensure maximum security during the election.
He appealed to the public to ensure there is an environment to conduct a free and fair election.
The Prime Minister also appealed to the public to ensure the post election environment is peaceful.
