The Education Ministry will take a concrete decision regarding the reopening of schools on Monday (May 3) as usual, Education Minister Prof. G.L Peiris said.
Addressing the media he said a discussion in this regard will be held on Sunday (May 2) following the instructions of the Director-General of Health Sevices.
The Government on Tuesday decided to close all schools, pre-schools and Pirivens in the country until Friday (30), considering the prevailing COVID threat in the country. (Daily Mirror)
