The opposition is suffering from "Rajapaksa phobia", says Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranathunga.
He said some families have several talented and skilled members and "Rajapaksa family is a such one. The Rajapaksa family is full of talented members."
He said in a similar manner, members of Ranathunga family had excelled in the sports and cricket.
Also families like Bandaranaike and Senanayaka had several talented members who engaged in politics at the same time.
"But the opposition is only making accusations at the Rajapaksa family. That is mainly because the opposition is suffering from "Rajapaksa phobia,"
The minister made these remarks on June 25, at a ceremony to mark the opening of the Bemmulla new police station.
