A top level delegation from Pudong, China visited the Board of Investment (BOI) on Monday to explore opportunities for investment in several sectors.
The team met with BOI Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody and senior officials including those from Colombo Port City. The delegation included CPC Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee Deputy Secretary Shan Shaojun, Shanghai Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce Deputy Director Zhang Hao, Shanghai Pudong New Area Finance Bureau Deputy Director Liu Zhiguo , Laogang Township of Shanghai Pudong New Area Party Secretary Shen Qifeng, Shanghai Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce Level-2 Research Consultant Wang Xiaofan and Shanghai Pudong International Exchange Centre Director Ge Hongmei.
