The Excise Department has decided to provide 100,000 litres of Ethanol for measures taken to curb the prevailing Covid-19 epidemic.
Secretary of the Justice ministry - J.J. Rathnasiri said that a consignment of Ethanol which had been confiscated on the orders of the Ampara Court would be provided for this cause.
The consignment would be handed over to the Ministry of Health tomorrow (20), he added.
