The Colombo High Court today postponed the examination of the case filed against Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa and four others under the Money Laundering Act till Wednesday.
The order was issued by Colombo High Court judge Pradeep Hettiarachchi.
The case has been filed against the group on charges of an illegal transaction of Rs.30 million between Gowers Corporation owned by MP Namal Rajapaksa and another company.
A witness of the complainant, a Chairman of the construction industry, testified before Court today.
Meanwhile the Magistrate ordered notice to be issued to the 7th, 8th and 10th witnesses in the case to appear before Court.
