The curfew currently in force in the Colombo and Gampaha districts will continue until further notice, the President’s Media Division said.
However the curfew imposed in the other districts including Kalutara and Puttalam, will be lifted and the curfew will be enforced between 8.00 pm and 5.00 am from May 11 until further notice.
Despite the curfew in force, civilian life and public and private sector operations in Colombo and Gampaha districts will resume from today (May 11), as planned.
