Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today congratulated the President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden, and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on the election victory.
In a tweet, Mr Rajapaksa said, “As we mark 72 years of diplomatic relations between our two countries, I look forward to working with both of you to further enhance Sri Lanka – US relations to benefit both our peoples.”
