The newly appointed Ambassador of Sri Lanka in Turkey M. Rizvi Hassen met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Ankara.
Hassen met the Turkish President to hand over his letters of credentials.
The Turkish President’s office said that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Ambassador Mohamed Rizvi Hassen of Sri Lanka at the Presidential Complex.
Ambassador Rizvi Hassen, who presented his letter of credence to President Erdoğan at the reception, previously served as the Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka.
